Our journey began with the quest for the ultimate scrunchie. When realizing quite quickly that store bought scrunchies were not holding up, we decided to create our own. Shipping

We pride ourselves in finding the most affordable way to ship your package without breaking the bank.

Canada - Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post untracked lettermail and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to arrive. Expedited and tracked options are available at checkout should you choose this option.

USA - USA orders are shipped via a third party carrier who delivers through USPS (USPS tracking number will be provided). All packages are tracked and packages will arrive within 5-10 business days.

International - All international orders are tracked and delivered through our third party carrier. Delivery times may vary by country, but can take anywhere from 8-21 business days to arrive.

Scrunchie Care

Like your clothing, scrunchies are made from fabric and can be washed!

We recommend two ways to wash your scrunchies:

By Hand: This is the best option for washing your scrunchies. Place your scrunchies in a clean sink, bowl, etc. and add some detergent and wash by hand. Rinse all soap from your scrunchie and lay out flat to dry or hang dry.

By Machine: Place scrunchies in a laundry washing bag with similar colours and wash on delicate. Once completed, lay flat to dry or hang dry. It is not recommended to wash certain fabrics. Similar to clothing not all fabrics should be placed in the washing machine. If you would like to know what fabric your scrunchie is, please review the product description for material details.

Refunds

If your LOL Scrunch Co. accessory has incurred craftsmanship-related damage, we will gladly offer a replacement. However, please note that due to the nature of the item and hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
